Terms and Conditions – ZenRide ApS
1. Scope of Service
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by ZenRide ApS, including limousine and personal chauffeur services. By booking with ZenRide, the customer accepts these terms. Any deviations must be confirmed in writing by ZenRide ApS.
2. Booking and Confirmation
All offers are non-binding until confirmed by ZenRide in writing. A booking is only valid once confirmed by ZenRide ApS via email or written message. Customers must provide accurate and complete details (pickup time, location, number of passengers, luggage, etc.).
Bookings via our online form are legally binding and always confirmed in writing. ZenRide is not liable for errors in submitted information.
3. Pricing
Prices are provided individually, based on factors like duration, distance, and time of day. Additional costs (e.g. extended waiting time, tolls, extra services) are not included unless specifically agreed and will be invoiced separately.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 8 days unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made by bank transfer, or directly in the vehicle using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Diners Club, Union Pay, JCB, Apple pay and Google Pay). Prepayment may be required in some cases.
5. Cancellation Policy
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or not used, ZenRide may charge a cancellation fee. Full fare is charged if cancellation occurs less than one hour before the scheduled pickup or after the driver has already departed.
All cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid once acknowledged by ZenRide ApS.
6. Driver Working Hours
ZenRide complies with Danish laws on driver duty times:
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully. Instructions from the driver must always be followed. If a customer violates this or misuses the vehicle, ZenRide may terminate the service immediately. Any damage caused must be compensated.
If the offender is not the contracting party, both parties are jointly liable.
8. Right to Refuse Service
ZenRide reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger poses a safety risk, disregards instructions, or damages the vehicle.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZenRide is not liable for delays or service disruptions due to force majeure (e.g. weather, strikes, breakdowns). In any case, liability is limited to the value of the booked service.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be handled in Danish courts.
